Parknasilla
The Parknasilla Resort is a combination of an hotel and self-catering holiday homes, along the
Kenmare River, close to the village of Sneem.
Around this complex is a large walking area with several islands all connected via wooden bridges.

Torc Mountain
Torc Mountain is a 550 meters high hill in the Killarney area.
Railway sleepers were laid on certain parts of the track, making the climb easier.
The rest of the track is a mixture of rocks, stones, water and mud.

The Meeting of the Waters is a walk along two of the Killarney lakes.
At one point these two lakes converge, giving this walk its name.

This is a 140 kilometers long cycling tour over the Beara Peninsula with start and finish
in Kenmare.
This year the maximum number of 3500 people had registered, with another 1000 people still on the waiting list.
