2023

In September we spent our time in the south west of Ireland, in Kenmare, county Kerry.

Our main goals for this year were firstly visiting the Blasket Islands off the coast of the Dingle Peninsula, and secondly a visit to the Rock of Cashel in county Tipperary.

Closer by were, as always, the beautiful (walking) areas around Kenmare and Killarney.

2022

From early May till the end of July we spent our time in the south west of Ireland; in Kenmare, county Kerry, to be precise.

Among many other things we planned trips from there to Blarney Castle and Gardens, Kells on the Ring of Kerry and to Doolin and the Cliffs of Moher.

Closer by were, of course, the beautiful areas around Kenmare and Killarney.

2018

This time we travelled from the end of April till the end of July through the southwest and west of Ireland.
Furthermore we spent some time in Northern Ireland as well.
Absolute highlights were our visits to the Skelligs Islands in the south west and to the Enniskillen area in the north, where we visited the Marble Arch Caves plus the Cuilcagh/Legnabrocky Trail.

2017

This winter we stayed at the ´Causeway Coast´, the northern coastline in county Antrim in N. Ireland.

We stayed there during the months January and February.

Main attractions here are, of course, the Giant's Causeway, the Carrick-a-Rede Ropebridge, the Whiterocks near Portrush and Whitepark Bay.

Further inland there are, among other things, the Dark Hedges and the beautiful Glenariff Forest and waterfalls.

From mid April till mid July we then travelled through the south, the southwest and west of Ireland.

So, photos of this year are split up in a winter section plus a summer section.
